I’ve made all account security changes and i got my account but i have all characters delleted as i said, im just waiting the ticket response so i know they will be able or not to roll back my acc and give me back my caharacters!

Last week i’ve submited an ticket about my issue, but no response at now.
I got hacked and all my characters delleted.
The ticket have all the informations i can give about my issue and i just want to know how to proceed with this problem and i really want back to play.
