So I know that it will cost some money but have you tried using the waypoint to teleport out?

I had the exact same setup and the same issue in my personal story. My guildmate said that on his Ash legion Iron legion supporter charr he only had two of his party members present at the order selection and has never seen the iron legion member since he got her.
