My boyfriend’s account got hacked and recieved a response about his account being compromised and some steps to take before reporting back. He did the steps, replied to the email and never received an answer back.

same here, I got the steps email within 24 hours, now its been 3 days since I did them and replied back with no reply

my account is still trashed with everything deleted

They really need to improve their support

Someone hacked his account and prolly stole everything so now he has to wait to get the account back and on top of that I assume he will have to wait to get his stuff back too….if we received at least an update or something i think it would be ok…but we get nothing :/

Mobile Authentication Removal

I am wondering how much a ticket of this class takes to be answered?. Shouldn’t take more than a few hours imo. My account was working fine yesterday and then I guess it got hacked because they changed my password and added than authentication thing which I never set up. I was able to change the password but the authentication still appears.

Is there any other method to remove it?
