Virtues is not really needed as a source for retaliation. Remember activating VoJ procs 4 seconds of light aura which will proc retaliation on hit. Plus VoJ is renewed after kill which will pretty much make it spammable since things will be melting all around you. This means you can easily substitute another trait line for your 3rd choice.
Before patch skill would last 3 seconds, after patch only 2 seconds. Was this intentional or an accident? There was no mention in the patch notes regarding changes to this skill.
Did anyone else notice Renewed Focus was clipped from a 3 second duration to a 2 second duration? No mention of this in the patch notes.
