Second round against Claw of Jormag was successful. I guess I didn’t get the medal in the previous attempt after all (maybe trying to damage a lot of enemies made me not get credit on any of them). As for the Tequatl encounters, I guess that it was the camping thing that prevented me from getting any chests (I didn’t think it was an issue, because I have been doing that with other characters in other events without any apparent problems, but then again, maybe the pre events helped there).

Anyway, thanks Navi for your help, let’s hope the information you provided is helpful too for shannoncharlize.

I can not remember with certainty if I got the medal or not, but I was there since the event started, I did damage to the Claw and killed a couple of champions (not just the auto attack, I was using whatever abilities I hadn’t on cool down). I will report whatever happens in the next Claw (too bad the time between spawning windows is too big, and also is the window itself).

Thanks for your answer, that character is level 80, and I was doing map exploration (at that moment, an event and a heart task) when people on map chat announced the Claw event, so I ported, did the full event (but no pre), but still got no credit. I will try and be there in time for the next Claw (I’ll try to be there for the pre), in the meantime I’ll do some more map exploration and other events.

Same thing is happening to me, it started a few days ago on Tequatl event, I died right before the dragon and didn’t get chest, I tried later but again, no chest. I tried a few days later, same result. Today I was playing on that toon, and Claw of Jormag started, I went there but I didn’t get the chest either. Of course, I am talking about the first time I do the event after reset (on any character), so that’s not the problem, the problem is with the character, because when I do the events with other characters, everything is fine.
