Hello, I have a friend who is trying to get in contact with the Account team since he can’t log in. He has submitted a couple of tickets from where he is asked to include his serial key and all that fancy information.
Now, he believe his account could have been compromised, it was some time ago he played the game, roughly 9 months ago.
But the team handling the accounts has not responded to him so i’m writing in his behalf on what he shall do now? Are you guys swamped with requests atm? He has been waiting last Thursday 29-01-2015.
