there was short server/login downtime and a rollback of a few minutes. thats what the tweet was about.
stop spreading wrong information.
we are still watining on a response to our case. as its weekend i think we have to wait at least for monday for any news.

1. i only have one character
2. i completly closed the game client multiple times today
3. it is now around 24h after the tp is back again. i made many sucessfull trades in this time. only the purchase from inbetween downtimes are gone
3. i didnt cancle anything. i tried multiple times to directly buy items (50+20+20+x) everytime it was Globs of Ectoplasm
you really need to contact devs. this is serious issue for many players and thousands of gold were lost.

^^ Yep and items I sold right before it went down (like 50s worth) but i bought like 3g worth of ectos apparently before the crash and never got them…..
same for me.
ectos were the item i wanted to buy. gold gone, no ectos in pickup.

Many of us are in the same boat but have yet to hear anything from ArenaNet. I for one will be severelykitten because it would be 25g worth of gold that I’ve farmed since early buy release…
Same boat. TP owes me about 22g or around 100 ectos. Dont have any of it in pickup
I have the same issue as most here.
Yesterday there was a short time inbetween the tp downtimes. In that time i tried to buy stuff of the tp and got the error all time. when i logged in today my gold was gone.
Now that tp is back up i have nothing: no items to pick up, no gold.
Im talking about ~22g here…..
this NEEDS to be fixed
