Guild Wars 2

I’m having problems getting logging inn with all my characters. Whenever I press play with any of them the client waits for a bit then restarts. Only error code I’ve managed to get is: 1.11:1:387:101

What does it mean? I seem to get the problem only with one specific internet connection. Any help?

Also, my friends who use that specific connection have no problems with it. I’ve checked my firewall and made sure the connection is registered as a Home connection so that I’ll face as few problems as possible.

It’s an Ati/Radeon laptop, lower-high-end, sitting on an extra cooling unit. I don’t think overheating is not likely a problem. it runs skyrim at higher graphics just fine without overheating.

The game worked pretty well for me until earlier this week. Sometimes I’d suddenly have problems connecting to the login server. that wasn’t too much of a problem, but now whenever I try to enter the game, (as in having launched it and chosen a character to play with), it abruptly crashes and reopens the launcher. I’ve checked the firewall and it’s perfectly allowed through so no problems there.

Please help?

(ps. I’ve tried reinstalling. it hasn’t helped.)
