up to 8 times with no luck

I’m having the same issue, done the event 3 times with no luck.

i have the same problem as Aeolus Skylla.5037

this has happened to me 3 times over the last week when i complete a high 20 fractal and end on the molten boss i get no end chest (the one that has the rings or the frags or the other stuff). everyone else in my group seems to get rewards but me.
