Decided to make an engi and hit level 14 in Metrica Provence. Will killing an elite, I noticed that all my skill slots suddenly unlocked and I could even plug abilities into them (even my elite skill since I have the digital collector’s edition and the ghost wolves).
I do have a level 80 character but I doubt this is intended functionality.
