A quick anti virus scan would probably be good

An Unfair situation

in Battle for Lion’s Arch - Aftermath

This post is entirely about the Battle for Lion’s Arch and the Major even that takes place to defeat scarlet.

So here is my personal experience:

I was move to the overflow section of the Battle for Lion’s Arch

The event starts all 3 knights are spawned – I join others in killing the red knight – my friend joins me after red is killed – we kill the blue and then green knights – we then enter the portal to start the fight with the scarlet hologram – throughout the fight I dps the boss and continue to help downed players staying active the whole time – we defeat the hologram – we then go onto fight the 3 smaller holograms – again I dps the red hologram and revive players – once the red hologram is downed I attack the green – continually dpsing and reviving players – the green is killed I then move onto attack the blue hologram – I go to attack the blue hologram and I am removed from the game and returned to the character select being told of issues with the client……I log back into the game on the character I was on and I am with one other player with the Scarlet hologram alive (which I had killed already) I teleported out to a close waypoint and then tried to re-enter the event but was unable to do so.

My friend however remained in this fight and eventually killed scarlet and got the title & loot. Now I strongly believe that if I was not unfairly removed from the game I would have completed the Achievement and got said loot.

This so far has been the only chance I have had to kill Scarlet, the other groups I have done it with have been too small and have wiped. This was my 3rd attempt to kill her.

Now what does that make me think when my friend who joins an event later than me can complete the event and get everything when I simply get removed from the game and cannot re-join the event.

I have not played this game for very long but I have never had this issue before participating in the battle for Lion’s Arch events.

After looking at all this should I be getting client issues?
