Squares in terrain

Whenever i go to a cave or a house, I get these lines which make squares on the floor, walls and the ceiling. I’m really bad at explaining so i took a picture. These don’t happen outside in the world, but indoors.
Does anyone know why?

Edit: Also apparently they go over my character as well (check last image)
