I just got this from A BL chest.
Can Anyone Help me with the specifics? I’m wondering how I can equip it.
I’ve already consumed the item, but on my outfits tab its still locked.

I’m just wondering and I apologize if this might be a wrong section.

If I unlock the glider for one character does my other characters get unlock it? I ask this because I’ve seen people below 80 and I think mightve seen somewhere that you can only progress with HoT quests on lvl 80, have gliders.

Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
