Yesterday I updated my ticket to say that I did not receive the replacement items.
Today I got a response telling me the issue is resolved and I received my items.
This is the second time I have been told my issue is resolved when it isn’t.Do they even read the support tickets?
I get more information and responses via the forums.I have NOT received any items.

I am so sick of this. I just received another updated “resolved” response on my ticket saying that the items were sent out to me on Friday. The response is literally a cut and paste of the same response I received the first time I said I did not get the items on Friday.
I DID NOT GET THE ITEMS!
Please acknowledge us who did not receive the items, yet are being told that we have. If you would just give me some sort of confirmation that I am on a list and that being on the list actually means something this time it would be greatly appreciated. Please.

I haven’t received any items yet and I submitted my ticket within the first half hour of pre-release.

That ticket was closed without being resolved and without me being informed it was closed.
Since I cannot update or edit a closed ticket, I created another one.

Questions:
-How have their been two rounds of returning items and I wasn’t included in either?
-How are you prioritizing who gets on the returns list?
-What is the ETA on the next round of returns?
-Can I please get confirmation that I am on the next list?
I’ve been patiently waiting for my DDE items and I’m really not in any hurry, but then I see this:

Doubt this will help but here’s my ticket info:
Ticket # 120825-003481 – 25 day wait
-Date Created: 08/25/2012 (30 minutes after launch)
-Only response was they are looking for a fix
-This ticket was closed without me being told and without it being resolved
-I have been patiently waiting for 25 days, then come on the forums to see people have been getting things sent back!?
-I don’t understand how there has been 2 replacement runs and I wasn’t included
Since I cannot update my closed ticket and I have yet to receive any items:

-It seems replacement runs are not being done by when tickets were submitted about the issue
ETA on next replacement run please? Or acknowledgment that I am on one of these lists please?
