Check with your collage admin they will sometimes open the ports you need but they charge a fee and you have to sign a waver saying if you or anyone does anything ilegal on your PC you will be held responsible.
Just buy him some beer! every admin likes beer! He will open you all the ports for beer
I was playing for a while.. had about 60 fps on living world.. and in some days fps dropped to 40 then 30, and yesterday i had only 10-20fps. It was impossible to play anymore lol. i started to make hd defragmentations and so on, it helped a little, but it was still 15-25 fps only.
Then i saw my core temperatures was quite high.. Turned off my pc.. opened case, took my cooler out.. cleaned it. Applied new thermal and OMG! got 100+ fps where i got 25 earlier..
so try it out maybe same problem. hope it will help.
