Didn’t know it had to be achieved per character, not on account basis. Now I did get the achievement points and finished echoes of the past!

Done it 4 times now, with different characters.
Last time I made sure I had no boons on weapons and no boons from traits.
Is it bugged or something?

As we have about the same videocard, mine is a GTX 650, i noticed mine was set to 16 bit. So I changed that to 32 bit.
Low and behold, the launcher started downloading a huge amount of files, some 5.3 GB. After that, login went smoothly. The new TP also works. Login out and in again, no problems.

Since the last patch, a week ago, I tried every day.
Launcher began downloading for a few seconds, initializing and disappearing rightaway.
Yesterday and today it doesn´t even download anything, but it keeps initializing and disappearing rightaway.
My OS is Windows 7 Professional on a 128 GB ssd. I don´t use anti-virus, nor firewall.
Windows task manager shows 2 instances of CoherentUI_Host.exe *32.
I tried several of the above suggestions, like reinstalling the game and moving the Guild Wars 2 folder. Emptying the bin folder, and launching immediately fills up the bin folder but changes nothing.
My Coherent Dumps folder has been empty all the time.
I really hope there will be a fix soon.
