almost all events in this zone are broken on Sorrow’s Furnace as well. I went there to play with a lower-level friend and we ran across five separate events that were not working.

On Sorrow’s Furnace server, the events that apparently lead to the Infinite Core area opening up have been broken for the past two days. The “Toil for the Coil” meta-event is stuck at this stage/state: “Pact forces are fortifying their position in Gallant’s Folly and rallying teams at the Pact fort.”

I would really like to get inside that area so I can get the six POIs there and the skill point etc… it looks like there is a dungeon that’s inaccessible in there too. Can Arenanet restart the server or something to get the events going again?
