Summary -

Support: Hello, we’re here to help, please confirm you want this fix done.
Me: Yes, please do this now.
Support: OK, just update your ticket then, BYE! (Link provided to ticket)
Me: (1 hour later) Hey wait! You ticket system is broken, your link provided does not work.
Me: (3 hours later)Hello? Can you please confirm you got my last message?
Me: (4 hours later) Uh.. hello? I can’t update the ticket, so can you please reply to me?
Me: (24 hours later) Hello?

It has now been 24 hours with NO reply from your support or help, should I make a new ticket to get my old ticket done? I assume you’ve marked this as ‘Done’ or something.

1) What am I supposed to do?

2) Request #25787, Submitted 4 or 5 days ago, coming onto 6 now.

1. Support got back to me and asked me to update the ticket to complete fix.
2. Your ticket system is broken.
3. Your support team is ignoring all of my messages in regards to this problem, presumably because they have marked this as ‘Job well done’.

Thank you for the link, but none of that applies to me.

The last message from Support was:
“If this is something you would like for us to do, please update this ticket confirming you would like an account restoration and we’ll get started. Please respond promptly, because the specific restoration date we offered you will not be available indefinitely.

Since then, they have not replied to any of my e-mails and I cannot get to the ticket.
So I can’t do anything. Shocking customer services, this is now day 4 too!

I’ve sent 6 e-mails over the past 2 hours, evidently, they cannot be bothered to contact me back.

Hello,

I was just contact by a member of your support team called CeoG and was told me that the only way to complete a fix to my hacked account was to update my support ticket and was given this link: https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9274

Whenever, I click on this link, it takes me to this page for some reason:

I’ve tried to contact CeoG from Support backto let him know, but he seems to have vanished and has not responded to any of mails since.

I cannot update the ticket and support has gone, can somebody help me please?
I’ve tried IE, Chrome and Firefox, cached clearer, cookies cleared, nothing.
I’ve ruled out a browser based issue, so it must be a web problem.

Can somebody help me please?

I’ve tried to contact the guy back from Support to let him know, but he seems to have vanished! His name was CeoG, I cannot update the ticket and support has gone, can somebody help me please? Your ticketing system appears to be broken, i’ve tried Chrome, IE and Firefox. Cleared cache etc, it’s a site problem

Hello,

I made a ticket about this days ago, but is there a way to reset my account?
Basically, it looks like somebody has got into my account over the last year of me not playing and created characters, gained achievements, got loads of weapons etc.

When I logged on a few days ago after almost a year, it looks like this person has already unlocked everything and it’s really not very fun.

It’s like playing a game that somebody else has already finished.
I don’t know who these characters are on my account or where any of this stuff came from and I’ve changed my password to be much more secure, but is there a way to just reset everything on my account? E.g. Charcters, items, gold, achievements etc.

Hello,

Yes, I turned the game on when I got it a while back.
I ran into a cave and died.. so I just stopped playing it within 10 minutes.

I then was determined to enjoy it so asked to join a guild, which I never did.

During the last year or so, I’ve been getting mails about ‘You character has been banned’ and stuff, but to be honest, I didn’t have time to deal with this stuff, I was trying to work.

I do not know HOW to update my ticket as I cannot find it. Can I just reset my account please? This is quite inconvenient to have to chase this.

Hi,

I send a ticket to you at least three days ago, I have no idea where to find the ticket I sent you as your website is a mess of options.

I asked you to just reset my account as somebody has built loads of characters/ unlocked all the achievements on my account, I should probably add, that I’ve not played this game before.. so I have have no idea who the hell created these characters and I don’t want them here.

I also want to play the game so I can unlock things, it’s not very fun at the moment.

Can you just wipe my account please? Presumably this shouldn’t take this long?
I’ve already verified my details in the ticket.

1. That makes a lot more sense, I’ve always seen the ‘Ascalon Veteran Slayer’ (for example) in the daily viewer thing, but it never explained what or where ‘Ascalon’ was.

How would I find out the locations? I’ve always assumed that the special named places were for higher levels! Are Dailys based on level or generic throughout?

2. Great idea, i’ll try that. Although I a, quite new and I find that most guilds use some kind of weird abbreviated talk that I don’t understand atall, such as: ‘GGB 4 322G’, that was made up, but i’m sure you know what I mean.

I like to take my time and enjoy a game, not just charge at everything non-stop, which it seems most guilds do.

Hello All,

I played at release for a few months and really enjoyed it, but life sidetracked me.

I’ve recently came back to the game and I do have two issues that I need help for:

1. Dailies have changed a lot, it seems I can’t complete Dailies without going to some ‘Mist’ thing or playing in the castle defense thingy, I don’t -want- to do these, am I the only one who thinks this?

2. I can’t seem to find a guild, I’m on about once a week and I’ve been told this game is much better in groups. I do prefer to solo and do my own thing, but i would also like a guild to hunt with occasionally, i’m a lv.14 Asura Warrior.

RP Server on Ruins of Surmia

Hello All,

I’ve just been bought Guild Wars 2 and to my appointment’s, there seems to be no RP servers atall.

I chose Ruins of Surmia because none of the servers had any real information about them, I was just told to choose one.

I current play a Charr Warrior and a Norn Guardian, is there any RP guild suitable for me?
