Oh, my account is just fine, I didn’t get banned, no reason for that. Headstart was barely playable for me and there really was no way to try the game out properly until it was released. As Infuser said, some of us decide that’s not what we wanted after actually trying it out.

I understand we’re not the kind of people you’d want to help since we’re asking for refunds and are therefore unimportant, but you could at least tell us if it’s possible or not. A simple yes or no would suffice…

Hello, I contacted Support about refund 5 days ago and I was told that my ticket was transferred to the Payment Support Department for assistance and received no answer/information since then.

I’m not impatient, I’d just like to know if we can even get a refund. The refund policy on the site doesn’t say there’s a time limit for refunds so I just want to be sure. Can we get refunds or not?
