Hello, I contacted Support about refund 5 days ago and I was told that my ticket was transferred to the Payment Support Department for assistance and received no answer/information since then.
I’m not impatient, I’d just like to know if we can even get a refund. The refund policy on the site doesn’t say there’s a time limit for refunds so I just want to be sure. Can we get refunds or not?
