What does this mean I stole my own credit card?

I purchased 3 accounts and was banned for this. after few days i got back my money to the credit card.
today i purchased another code and applied it on my account.
now my account still banned. support apdate my new ticket as duplicate and i guess ignores old because ArenaNet returned the money to me.
what should I do now?
