I would love to see a hairdresser in Lions Arch that could change your hair for gold. Major changes could be a gem store thing though, like skin and facial reconstruction. But the hairdresser is something I’d really love to see. At the moment I feel somewhat trapped into non-accessory hairstyles because down the line they wont match my appearance or the accessory colour won’t match and that’s really annoying.

Costs could be calculated by how much you change your hair, if you only changed one thing it would only cost a little, maybe a couple of silver, but other change combinations could stack the price so it might cost 10 silver. The hairdresser could also leave the option open for new hairstyles to be added that are not available in the character creation, they could even cost more than the regular ones!

That’s just my little wishlist type thing. :>

Same on Stormbluff Isle. A few of us searched high and low inside the keep for the skill challenge but the only sign I found was the popup on my quest thingy in one of the corners on the lowest level.

Hairdresser: The ability to change hair style and colour for a price, preferably in Silver. Added colour options for your hair accessories from your own dyes would be really neat.
Also this could be helpful for added hairstyles later on, non-Creator Screen hairstyles could cost more than the regular ones.

For Sylvari, as the plant is part of them, it could be something like Pruning or replanting! :D

Is there any way you can give us a time frame better than “between now and when all hacked issues are resolved”? It would help to tone down the anxiety a bit if there was a rough estimate based on the ticket work load of how long it will take before other types of tickets are addressed. Please?

This. Even a rough estimate would help the rest of us have a general idea and stop complaining about how long we have to wait to get our tickets answered.

Honestly, I’m running out of patience. I’ve essentially been waiting 138 days. And now seeing that other people get priority infuriates me. Hundreds of people, maybe even thousands of people “Cutting in line” is in my honest oppinion, NOT OK.

Hacked accounts getting priority: OK.
People that exploited getting priority: NOT OK.

And I know that people that KNOWINGLY EXPLOITED have been unbanned already after submitting a ticket.

I completely agree. If it were me I would have put the Exploit cases to the bottom of the pile, instead they get a slap on the wrist and get bumped to the top of the pile. Meanwhile there are people out there with far greater issues that have to wait longer because of their greed and stupidity. I am in no way referring to myself, I’m quite happy to wait if it means it gets sorted out and people that have hacked accounts get their accounts back sooner.

When applying my CE Serial code I keep getting the “Serial Code Overlap” error. I submitted a ticket on the 30th and have yet to receive any kind of reply. I view the video on how to stack the serial codes and the SCO issue was briefly mentioned with some vague way of getting around it that confused me to no end. I do not want to have to make a new account and lose both my Hall of Monuments rewards, that I worked for quite hard and my characters that I have become very attached to.

I believe this is the ticket number and i hope this issue is sorted out as soon as possible. 120830-001763

Also there should be a better FAQ entry on this issue, I’ve seen several posts by people in different places that are just as confused as I am.
