Hi there since day 1 I bought the game I could not use the buy gems or exchange in game Gold for gems. the two options are slightly gray and tell me they are not working at this time. I talked to many other players they say that they all can use theirs. I would love to be able to use mine. if you could help me fix this issue that would be wonderful.

I am new to guildwars. watched some videos on the basics so I won’t be a mess when I start but I understand some basic things that will speedily help me move along I believe. I would love some friendly people to play with and to help/teach me some of the ropes. currently downloading the patches should be ready to play in 1 hour. thanks
