Same problem here from Italy, tried many times in last 20 minutes
now says transaction in progress, after i pressed cancel in login circle roaming

well, in addiction for those Roccat users, maybe it’s not macroing but when we associate a keyboard profile and a mouse profile to gw2.exe at launch, those programs change profiles, so there is some .dll linked to use of gw2, i don’t know if it is considered as macroing, for sure gives no advantage ingaming, cause it changes colour of keyboard/mouse or deactive windows button on keyboard or speedup double click
really nothin gto do with advantages over other players, but i’ts always some process
running on PC linked to the exe, in this case some stealth software could process it as
illegal software…

THe hilarious thin’ for me except the fact i was re.state in 30 hours approx, is that this morning, (here in Italy it is) before leaving to work i logged in after the message i was un-banned, the first thing i saw in game when i spwaned in middle o f cavern was a train of 5 running char all named ffggg , ggfgrgg, fggfgdd,hghhsd, all same level all same class.
LoL 5 bots givin’ me hallo after i came back in game. I have a screenshot too…

I was unblocked this night while sleeping, after few hours more than 24,

there is people unbanned after 4 or 5 days.
And this ‘cause of a system fishing in a lake good and bad fishes?
If I was a cheater or a botting player wouldn’t be impossibile to pay another account
and go on doing that, perhaps trying to avoid being caught. 59 Euro is not an impossible amount for those who enjoy that kind of play.
But I’m not, and I won’t certainly get another account if mine won’t be unlocked, ’cause i didnt cheat or bott or afk played.
A customer Service should be better than simply relying on a Ticket, which can remain open for days, as i can read on most of posts.
Is it considsered afk play if i go to toilet for 5 minutes leaving char in fornt of a merchant? or go to eat something leaving ranger or mesmer inside a Keep till log off?
I still cannot believe this happened.

i use Roccat Isku and ROccat Savu too, but never used macro anyway, only bind for autorun switch weapon on mouse, added to this i have running ASRock (motherboard) software called Xfastlan which is official software for traffic shaping in LAN not a sniffer not something which can modify packets.
and yesterday got banned.

So my guess, by te fact that im sure i dont use any kind of macro or bot program, is they violated their rules, ‘cause it’s unbelieveable that so many people are banned permanently for automatic checks and the further individual and more accurate check is done only in a second momento after opening a ticket.
Should Arenanet change statements? or Just Punish itself?

I have at least 50 people on Seferer rest Oscure Brotherhood uild who can prove, assure and testify I’m not a bot, i have a lev 80 ranger now resting, while i play my 53 mesmer mainly in wvwvwv, for the cursed shore thing’ i read here from someone else, i’ve been there with ranger 2 or 3 times while trying to complete area’s points and tried to complete public quest too, seemed to me buggy at first glance, but went there 2 more times to see if i could complete, never spent more than 20 min or 30 there killing mobs.
It’s about 1 day now I0m banned, and 14 hours from Ticket to C.service.
Would like to play tonight when i come back home from work, as i didn’t break rules of conduct, i buyed seriale from arenanet official store and just looking into my 2 chars u can’t find for sure something that could make me thing as a boot or as a cheater.

now i got to wash dishes clean kitchen and watch some freaky TV show without my 2 hours a day gw2 roamin’ and having a quick look at the threads it could go on for days.
Really arenanet automatic controls technically are a fail…

Is there someone who could tell me how to follow my ticket progress?

The strange thing i notices yesterday, when i logged in for last time, it’s when loggin in i wasn’t asked gmail authenticator number, and i have it linked to my account and logged in played and logged off 2 hours after, didnt play today since 40 min ago when i tried to log in and……..ops surprise im banned….
I guess it’s easier to bann people randomly when they already payed game and there is no montly fee to pay, but to abn someone should take more than an automatic feed.

After a day out to work this is the only way atm to calm down adn get some peace of mind.

How do we get an answer?

Guess some automatic control is not working as intended, cause i pass 90% of time in wvwvw never playing alone, rest of time is wating to enter wvwvw.
BTW before closing an account they should check and be sure that someone is really
using wrong conduct. never had been threated this way in 15 years.
