It is not Arenanet’s policy to refund or replace items in case of a user-error. But sometimes they do. To make such a request you can file a supportticket

Okay,straight to the story:
My account has fully upgraded the bank slot with the bank tab expansion,which in total of 8slot max.
Somehow i accidentaly bought a bank tab expansion.
Since i cant use it,and it will remain useless,can i get a refund 600gems from ArenaNet?or atleast can ArenaNet exchange it with something worth 600gems?
