Guild Wars 2

Trying to get myself into GW2 again but with no one around to play with things get quite boring!

Recently stopped playing WoW, was a heroic 25 man raider and I play a ranger in GW2 primarily (level 80 w/ exotic gear).

I am looking for a guild on Tarnished Coast to hang out with and be a bit ridiculous with whilst smashing through some PvE content and what not. I like to goof off and joke around a lot, but I also take difficult tasks seriously.

I just rolled a new character (Sylvari necromancer) and as soon as I began exploring the racial ‘creation zone’ I noticed there were high level, permanent Engineering turrets laying around blasting everything.

This is happening right now on Tarnished Coast (US). I’ve made a few Sylvari before (just made a warrior yesterday) and these were not here ;O

I love this bow but the placement on the back is really off. Hope this gets fixed!

Took a break from GW2 back in September and recently came back. I was wondering if there are any craftable greatswords/axes/warhorns that with PTV stats (Power – Toughness – Vitality).

Must be exotic quality. I know there are legendaries (WTB Twilight >:C) but that’s not in my list of “affordable” right now.

What I’m mainly looking for is a helpful guild of people that primarily focus on PvE. I played GW2 in beta and for 2 months after release before taking a break until recently. Now that I have my main to 80 and am starting down the road of grinding I feel I still need to learn more about GW2 to get more comfortable after dropping WoW for seemingly good.

I’ve always been primarily a PvE guy (raiding was a primary focus in WoW) but I do enjoy some clutch PvP stuff as well (Loved EvE Online, primarily ran small gang/solo pvp ops).

What I’m hoping to find is some people who are down to grind PvE (dungeons / general farming) who are a bunch of goofy people but also are people that get stuff done and that I can learn from. When I’m more situated in PvE land I will begin to dabble more into PvP.

RP? Sure, I’m good at it, just not something I’d be willing to do 24/7 (Game>RP for me).
