This ticket is raised for Tristan.9653 my primary account. See the topic link below for a description of my issue as well as the multiple updates on the ticket I made in order to help improve my chances of a response from support.
I am sitting at 16 days now of waiting with nothing but automated responses.
I am still patient and by no means ungruntled. After all the mistake was my own borne out of excitement, confusion and miscommunication. I would love my account back. I miss my char and I miss exploring your world. Most of all I miss my 50/50 + Gwamm Achievements that I worked so hard to get for the very reason of carrying over into Gws 2.

I have received only an automated response on my ticket. However no actual solutions as far as my main account is concerned has been presented to me and it has now been 10 days of absolute patience on my part. I can log in with this account, the “mistake account” but I don’t want to use it if that will enable my main account to be returned to me so essentially I am sitting in Limbo. Opening Guild Wars and sitting in the beautiful world and hearing my friends/ guildies experience it and not be able to do a thing.
My mistake was the following:
Confusion over the CE serial (Both due my distributor saying the prepurchase key is the only key I would need and the fact that I applied the key long before the post about keys was put up on the gws 2 FB page) and then mistakenly applying it to an incorrect account separate from the Main account that is now blocked.
I have not lost any faith in the company and I understand full well the complexities of the current issue as well as the amount of tickets being entered on a daily basis (Especially the first few days). All I need at the moment is an idea of whether I must move on or if I can still have hope that my account will be restored)
The quickest and easiest solution (Not sure if it is for Anet though) is if a new key is sent to us and the incorrect key is banned? That way there is no gain and the system corrects its self?
