Getting dumped back in the SW instance is indeed buggy/weird.

You’re still in the instanced version of Silverwastes. Try relogging to get out of it. Doing so should allow you to use the portal (after you make your way over there in the actual map).

I have relogged to character screen, I have exited the game, I have uninstalled (cleared cache too) and reinstalled the game. The issue still remains.

Devs stated at launch that the prelude must be completed as an instance-owner to get credit.

You can help others, but only get credit for completing it as the one who starts the instance.

If it is indeed true that you cannot party with others for “prelude content” then that information has not been stated inside the game at any point. As it stands, it prevents me from accessing the appropriate content I have paid for.

Quest: Establishing a Foothold
Quest Completion Requirements:
- Return to the jungle to earn Masteries.
- Earn your Basic Glider Mastery to continue your story.

Description of Issue:
- Completed preceded quest “Torn from the Sky” while in a party. The other party member was host of this quest, but both characters had the same quest.
- Upon completing quest and I, not the other party, was transported to Silverwastes Zone.
- Returned to Maguma Jungle zone entrance and am refused entry, due to a large Red X at the zone portal.
- Thus, I cannot proceed at all with the story nor entering Maguma Jungle.
