I got the achievement, but never received the helmet. As a new player that bums me out and makes me not want to bother with this game or its events in the future…
Having the same exact issue. Got the achievement but no dragon helmet. Happened in an overflow server, so I wonder if it’s a bug related to that. I know people are getting weapon skins they weren’t supposed to get in Lion’s Arch overflow servers, but for me the reverse happened – I didn’t receive the helmet I was supposed to get.
