I was hoping it wasn’t just me, I can play other games that are much more graphically intensive without issue…

Ever since I got a patch about a month ago I have been having severe FPS issues. I can’t get more than 25 FPS at any given time and every few minutes it drops to 10 FPS for about 30 seconds.

I run a GTX 760, 8 gigs of RAM, and an AMD FX8320. The processor runs at 48 degrees at max.

We are a recent transfer to the NA Jade Quary server and are looking for active members to bolster our rank! We are a PvX Guild with members from all walks of life. We are in the process of redoing all of our guild upgrades after to server transfer but are looking to have guild missions back up soon. We highly encourage all members to be active teamspeak users, as we are trying to have our members interact as much as possible.We have members of all different play styles, from those who wish to play as they want to META only players.We would like all our members to be mature adults, sometimes it gets rowdy on teamspeak and we don’t want to offend a younger person.

Is there a way to talk to a client support specialist in real-time? I don’t get how it is okay to answer a question then lock a thread without the user being able to respond.

I would like to talk to an Anet employee about their customer service practices in dealing with account issues.

Thank you for the info, I have contacted them in response to it as I believe it is harsh for a first infraction, one that had I known would in any way cause offence, would have rectified.

I have a characters all named Juga Nugs or some variation for almost six months, and my account for over a year and got a (i am assuming since 50 hours left) 72 hour suspension due to naming policy?

How is it that after being a loyal customer for over a year and never having issue in the game previously, I would get such a harsh penalty for a name that I still don’t feel breaches the rules?

A little help on understanding Arenanets idea of customer service would be appreciated…

I have been running sword/wh and GS or LB for months with no issue in dungeons. I bring spotters and frost spirit, do awesome damage as a 100% zerker and don’t get downed often (everyone makes mistakes but sword 1 and 2 help a lot).

I will mention I carry other weapons with me and use them based on the situation, torch if we need a fire field, axe for pulling enemies to us and a reflect, dagger for an added evasion, sb if i want to be laughed at.

Not to be rude, but if you aren’t being accepted in dungeons, its not the class, its the player…
