Hi, my brother has been waiting for 4 days (he can’t log in himself because of his issue).
Ticket nr 1199968. Any help would be sincerly appreciated since neither of us can play because of this issue and this after I just bought the game.

Use authenticator code which I don't have?

Hi, so the problem is the following, I bought GW2 4 days ago to play it with my brother who stopped playing it quite some time ago, when he attempts to log in on the site in order to get his authentication code (which didn’t even exist when he was first playing it) they ask for his authentication code in order to log in… How can he utilise an authentication code which he has yet to recieve? For now neither I (since we can’t be certain what world my brother is in) nor my brother can play the game and support has yet to respond to his ticket after 4 days. And since he can’t log in to post on the forums he can’t even get to their special thread for tickets that haven’t been answered in more than 3 days. While I am aware that the upcoming expension brings along a lot of work, the support leaves 2 players who payed for their game unable to acces it… Any help with this issue would be sincerely appreciated, thank you.
