Sure, but there shouldn’t be two versions of the same item, especially if you can’t choose which one you wish to have. What’s the point of making other version for few days just to return it appearance to the first version without horns. Like i said i brought this item just because in my opinion they’ve updated it and made it to look much more better on charrs and i want to have that look because now i find this hood ugly so i have to hide it until i will find other helmet skin. You should also notice that this small cloak on the back was way better than how it looks now. It really makes me mad and that’s ridiculously stupid to remove charr’s horn on any helmet.
So please do something with that because i’ve wasted 500 gems and it lacks respect to peoples that are playing your game.

So what the hell is going on? Yesterday (11/12) I brought that Grenth Hood from Gem Store because finally it was fixed for charrs. After the release charr’s horns were deleted as i previewed this product, but few days later it was fixed or recreated to do something with that. And what Anet did a day later? They removed freaking horns again! You may think that’s not a big deal but right now i feel cheated and frustrated by this kind of move, you’ve really crossed a line again to make me not trust you again when it comes to purchasing any characted customization items from you ever again. Well played, well played.
