I am posting this on behalf of a 2 friends of mine. One of them had his account hacked and submitted a ticket to get it restored. All par for the course so far. However when he got his account restored it was the account of his friend, not his. This seems to be because both accounts were bought with the same paypal. So now they are both locked out of their accounts.

you have basically hacked an innocent man’s account while trying to fix a hacked account. It’s almost comical.

There should be some way for people to report hacked accounts without having to log in for, I would have though, obvious reasons.
