Guild Wars 2

The elite skill on my necromancer automaticly activates when I switch to my secondary weapon.

In the file i’ve added you can clearly see that the elite skill is already activated while recharging.

Please fix this bug!

Can’t finish story in Arah, on the airship you can’t use things (turret/repair station).
