Has this been added? I got the acolyte mask on my new character just because it had the stats I needed and noticed that it has the 2 dye options. The one that’s been on my level 80 for a while still only has the one dye option. Would suck to have to use another 80 transmution stone on the armor, but would love the other option to dye the lines on the mask.
That was it man, thanks for your help. I didn’t know there was a difference in the slots. Thanks again for your expertise.
I’m posting a screen shot of the game running with a few diagnostic tools running by it to give people more to work with.
I ran the game just fine during a beta weekend back in October with this same setup and ran at very high graphic settings. The only thing that’s changed now in the SSD and Windows 8 to my knowledge. My friend has the same core I do and it runs beautifully for him. It was his AMD graphics card we switched in my PC to see what happened.
Lets say that the core and the graphics card are subpar for GW2, how does that explain the same issue in Plants vs Zombies?
Edit – Solved! – Special thanks to kirito for noticing my installation mistake.
Just got the game installed and no matter what settings are used (even on lowest) the most I can get is about 6 FPS. The game used to run perfectly fine during the beta weekend events. No hardware changes have been made, and no real software changes other than updated NVIDIA drivers (I did try rolling them back to old versions too). I even tried a friend’s AMD 6950 graphics card, different brand of memory, and we’ve even installed a brand new fresh copy of windows 8 on a new SSD. The same problems occur on the windows 7 installation on a velociraptor hard drive.
BIOS is fully updated, settings are all on default, other games tested work fine (Diablo 3), but strangely enough the same problem occurs in Plants vs Zombies of all games. We’re completely stumped. We’ve submitted a support ticket too. Anyone have any ideas?
Specs: Intel core i7 860, NVIDIA geforce GTS 250, 16GB ram, Sumsung 840 SSD drive
