My account’s email address was changed on 9/5 preventing me from logging in. Except for a few unhelpful responses, I haven’t seen any progress made on restoring my account.

Placed on forums using brother’s account

Similar to many others, my account’s email address has been changed preventing me from getting it back. All I received was an email stating that the email had been changed. Of course I never authorized this change through email and here we are.

I submitted a ticket on the Sept. 5 to have my email address changed back and received multiple responses from Lance who was completely ineffective.

Ticket #120906-003019. I also do not have my serial code.
