Bashing Bauxite Alchemicals is a dynamic event at Jinx Isle of Malcor’s Leap.

This event tells us an order of whispers strike team has crash-landed .
I found a crashed heli at northeastern tip of the island. But nothing can interact there.

Then, i found the strike team in a building under the water at [Versoconjouring Array].
I can see a NPC who can start a dynamic event, and they are near a portal.
But i don’t know how to get in that building, and i didn’t find a portal transfer to that portal. Dose anyone know how to get in there?

P.S There is a door at the southwestern of the island. It is closed, but we can pass in by climbing from right side. Then, there is a tunnel go though the base and some enemies defend there. Unfortunately, when i swim closer, i will be transfer out to the southern of the island. There is a quaggan and a golem, but they are useless. So, i still can’t get in the base : (
P.P.S we can active the strike team event by swimming under the building and interact the NPC through the floor, but it isn’t a right path to start this event , so we still cant get in to finish the event.
P.P.P.S The tunnel under the water at eastern of the island isn’t a road to get in when the waypoint is contested. Because the inquest conquer this place, so the door is locked.
