lance pasted my ticket aswell, highly annoyed, what is this guy doing! he does not even read the tickets, just paste in his copy =/

Please will someone tell lance to stop mass spamming all the hacked accounts with the wrong information copy and paste is not fun.

I took the week off work to play gw2, got hacked late monday. full weeks wage lost, then i get a random paste reply by (Lance) like everyone els on the fourms and it raged me. TELL HIM TO STOP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD :S

Please someone, tell support to stop rushing their job, they are causing more of back log.

My brother is getting replies about “Reset Password & E-mail Authentication” When infact is support ticket is about his hacked account, it hints at nothing els, but clear to the point fact’s and information about this hacked account.

Please if someone has 5 seconds to spare, visit his ticket, send him the correct reset information. He is has gone spare shouting and raging, he has issues -.- we his family should not have to put up with his raging due to overworked staff on your end.
