I would like to say I respect what you guys are doing as a guild.
I’ve been playing from the start, and almost 70% of the guilds I’ve been in have been bogged down with internal politics and infighting which ruined the experience for playing the game, and looking through your posts has given me some good ideas for my own guild

Is there any way that The support team is able to lift the mobile authentication and roll back the clock a bit on my character, I don’t want to have lost all my gear as I had a lot there saving up for a legendary. I’m concerned that I don’t have my serial number anymore. but surely there’s something that can be done
already reset my mail’s password and my GW2 password, I think I’m going to switch it to a stronger one how did you get rid of your phone authentication because I have no way of getting rid of it
And now I just got an email to reset my password
For some reason phone authentication has been put on my account, I can’t access my account now due to this phone authentication thing. I can’t get rid of it as I don’t have a device with which to access such things. I’ve submitted a ticket to support to remove it but I don’t know what to do
Tried logging on today after about two days of no activity, for some reason Mobile authentication had been turned on in my account. Went straight into changing my password (as I think I threw out the serial code I had) but now I can’t access my account as I have no way of turning off the mobile authentication.
I’ve sent in a message to Arenanet’s support but I’m feeling a little lost, is there anything else I can do?
