not sure about the exchanging part, maybe in the future but u can’t now. I reckon it’s just a number telling other players how… dedicated? you are to the game and your account, because the achievement points are account based not character.

I’m playing my Ranger in SPvP, in Pve he’s lvl 5, but i notice that no matter what I do I cannot increase my critical past like 40% and my toughness is just naturally my top statistic. :S I’m confused about how to improve my armor or change my stats, my rangers health when I’m trying to increase critical is like 21k? is that normal because I’m not trying to increase health at all.
