Paying for a VPN is the only solution I have read about. This has been happening to players for over two years. It seems to be getting more frequent though from what I have read. I really hope they fix this….
The game is in an unplayable state for me. I disconnect 2/3 times per hour.
Same. 2-3 times per hour since I first installed. Its not my ISP, its not my computer.

Getting real old.
This happens to me 3 or more times per hours. This game is unplayable. It is not my end. They have issues with their routing that cannot be fixed by me or by my ISP.
Same here. I DC two to three times per hour. I have called ISP, update drivers and firmwares, changed DNS, repair game, open ports, run with client port 80, etc…
Really getting upset. I have spent many many hours trying to fix this. I am about to move on from this game. If it hasn’t been fixed and it is a known issue for over a year, then I doubt it ever will be. Doubt I will buy another Anet product again.
