Can’t collect them from the dredge armory in De Molish Post. Tried standing everywhere inside, outside, watched videos of other people collecting it, moved the camera to different positions, tried on multiple characters. Made a support ticket, too. This seems to be an old problem, so I hope someone at Anet takes notice.
