My friend has had his account hacked and his card details have been used to buy gems. He is worried whether or not he will get his money back.
He has spoken to his bank and they say they need a fax from ArenaNet with specific details on to prevent the money leaving the account. If ArenaNet confirm the act as fraud then the bank can deal with the issue and return the money.
Almost £200 pounds was taken from his account.
He hopes to see to see it again.
If someone could respond and inform me of how this can be resolved it would be greatly appreciated.
