An answer from a dev to this would be awesome. The FOV is honestly why I have stopped playing currently. It ruins this beautiful game. you miss out on so much.

Ok, I understand prioritizing tickets. But my accounts been banned for a week now with no response. Can the Karma weapons exploit appeals tickets get a look taken at them yet please?

my 72 hour ban has now been instated for a week. This is just unacceptable. I believe I will be doing a chargeback by the end of the day. Get your kitten together ANET

This topic has the most views of any topic on this forum and it has the least amount of help given.

pretty soon people are gonna be too scared to use map chat. Or even log into the game since people are getting banned because their accounts have been hacked. Honestly I may just wait until they fix all their systems before I play anymore.

Or Anet could honor the agreement we made with them…

I just went and bought a new copy. If I get my other one back then cool. But I highly doubt any of us are going to get it back. My ticket hasn’t even been touched in a few days.

third oldest post on this forum and it’s looking like we are not gonna receive an answer on this medium either. Looks like I might be going to buy the game again tomorrow and just cut losses.

With the large amount of people this seems to involve it’s kind of a slap in the face that they have yet to even say anything about this. They HAVE to know about it. I know I have personally sent messages in any way possible. even tried calling the company.

I really don’t understand this. I’ve read online that people who used this exploit to get thousands of gems and hundreds of gold have already been unbanned.. here I am, perma banned, with 20 weapons sitting in storage ready to be deleted instead of used on my character. It’s ridiculous really.

Banned due to Karma Exploit. Did the Appeal, was told it was approved, but I am still banned. now I cannot get a response.

Some of us morons that used the exploit and submitted the appeal through the proper process and were “accepted” are still banned. None of us seem to be able to get an official response either. My ticket keeps getting what seem to be automated responses. Truthfully I would just like to know if I should buy a new game or will I be included in the group of people who get’s to have the appeal. I have submitted a query in just about every way possible and have received virtually no answers from anyone. I suppose curiosity may have killed the cat in my case.
