Im posting on behalf of Piquin.3976 ,
he is a friend of mine and on the 6th of sept. he found out that his account had been hacked. at first only his items were gone(collections and bank) but then they somehow changed his password and his email. the only email he received from GW2 is that his email had been changed without any confirmation link or anything.
he has submitted 2 tickets about this, the first when he found out about his items and the second when he could not log in anymore.

after he submitted his tickets he received an email saying all the stuff you can find in the FAQ and help sections, nothing else. its been a while now and since he cant log in to post this im doing it for him. he would really like to be able to play again and i hope there is a solution to all this.
