Lol…but is not a definitive solution.
I can’t believe that a developer, sell an outfit without the right tests.

Really sad…1000 gems to buy it and then clipping problems.
I’m sure that developers want to fix it but…when ?

This morning I bought this outfit and applied to my silvari.
There is a graphic bug in the back side that you can see in my screenshot.
I want to know if is your intention to fix it.
This outfit cost 1000 gems and I think that if you not fix it, I’ll request a refund about.

Is from last big patch that I have some animation problems.
First problem was with Kasmeer staff…bugged.
In the nightly ( In game ) hours, my staff has no animation.
I tried to contact the support in game and in the forum…no solution from them.
At last, I’ve solved it buying another exotic staff and using a trasmutation charge with Kasmeer staff from the new wardrobe.
Solved this problem.
Then second problem was with my Entropy.
Same problem as the Kasmeer staff…animation problems.
So I bought one hammer from T.P. and with another trasmutation charge, I’ve got my Entropy skin.
Solved this problem too.
But the last problem was with an ascended weapon.
I’ve got this weapon after Fractal and I’ve used it for my Ranger.
After the patch, I’ve noticed that the small chain at the end of the axe handle is blocked.
I tried to use the trasmutation charge like last 2 animation problems and unfortunately I’ve not solved the problem.
The problem is that is bugged the ascended skin in the wardrobe and is useless to reskin other axes…
I tried to do the repair of the client…nothing found.
So I wrote to the support by message in game, I wrote to the support in the forum, I wrote to the support with a formal ticket…
Now, GM Enigma answer me after many days telling me that I must to write in this forum to solve my problem.

In this game, unlike World of Warcraft, Tera and other games like them, the skins are in first place.

Ok…final update…I’ve this problem only on the character in screenshot and sure is when there is the night phase.
No difference between Pve and Pvp…during the night, the animation is bugged.

I noticed that probably the problem occurs when is night.
I’ve not noticed that during the day phase, there aren’t problems.

After the last patch, I’ve noticed that I’ve some visualization problems when I wield my Kasmeer staff.
The problem is that the animation and the superior part of the staff, are not displayed, like the screenshot show.
I hope that will be possible to fix this problem.

Is possible to request a refund for the Flamekissed ?
Because i’ve payed 800 gems to have the old Flamekissed and not for the new one.
I not like this one and want a refund.

I think that it is not correct to do a skin, sell it for 800 gems and after to have sold it, realize that it was too similar to the Tier 3 human.
This policy is incorrect.
At the limit, make sure to display the skin in different ways depending on the race that will use it.
If the character is Human, Human Tier 3 will look like as Human Tier 3 but with flames, fire, etc…, If the character is Norn, it will look like the Norn Tier 3 but with flames, fire, etc … and so on.
