well, not just only 7% but think of the boons that are granted to us(such as quickness) that also adds up

go full beserker gear, sigil of rage on the shield and sigil of crit on the scepter
Hammer? i’d say crit sigil aswell.

A: the only thing that actualy might “suck” is the low hp-ish
(also, please refer this as the BMMS build, as the name is quite long.. and well.. BMMS sounds catchy!)

EDIT: You can replace Unscathed Defender with Retaliatory Subconscious, (thanks to Vitu for pointing this out!)
Unscathed Defender; is great if you can manage to keep the boon up.
