Guild Wars 2

I made the Fractal Capacitor today and when I try to re-infuse it with my Versatile Simple Infusion and my +10 Agony Infusion it wont let me place them in the item at all. Dragging the infusion over other ascended gear shows the equipment as red and won’t let me drop the infusion in it as well.
I tried logging out and full reboot to be sure but no fix from that.

Same for me with scepter, shield, and trident. But I did have all of these before expansion… might be the reason. The skins are unlocked in my wardrobe though.

Fractal Shield skin is missing the small spinning cube in the center. All other fractal weapons have this cube somewhere in it. The item icon for the fractal shield does show the cube in the center but the actual item does not have it.
