Yes, That is the link that won’t work for me. Also i have the client installed. Now i am being asked for a character name i do not remember. Please, Help me once again

I have managed to download the old client of guild wars 1. I was wondering if anybody had trouble getting to the support of the old site? I am unable to log in without my character name. Which i can’t remember. Please Help!!
