The email receipt containing the GW2 key has disappeared.

Emails don’t just disappear. He either deleted it, never received it or it has been moved. Has he tried searching for it and looking through any folders, such as a junk or archived folder? If the email truly disappeared, I suggest finding a new email provider because either the account was compromised or all his emails get automatically deleted. If he uses an app to read his emails, it’s also possible that it downloads and locally stores the email, then deletes the online copy.

As for his email already being used, if he played GW1 or GW2 trial/beta with the same email, that is why. If he can’t remember the details, he will need to contact support to recover the account, though I would suggest to simply obtain a new email account. Recovering a GW1 account can take quite a while, like a month.

It is possible his email is compromised. He told me all emails within one week disappeared, he checked everywhere. The funny thing is he laughed at me when he saw that I printed and saved my receipts and digital keys. Only now does he realize how silly he is to not save the emails.

He might just create a new guild wars account with a different email. The problem is the email containing the digital key disappeared so now he needs help recovering it.

@Seera, He did submit a ticket. They require answers such as his first character name and product key of Guild Wars, the first one. He does not remember any character names or the key of Guild Wars since he never played the game in years. I will tell him to write if they could resend the info. He has proof of purchase on his Paypal account but his email proof of purchase disappeared, he has no idea why.

@Healix, He did not delete the email. The email receipt containing the GW2 key has disappeared. He still has proof of purchase of $15 on his paypal account. So the product key and email receipt disappeared without a refund of any sort. So now he is short $15, his account is oddly ’’used’’, his email receipt disappeared. I think only the sender can pull the email. So GW2 might have charged him the money for the game and pulled the product key without his consent. Theft, scammed, whatever. He needs help to sort this out so he can play GW2.

LMAO, I just realized how silly the title is.

A more accurate title is ‘’Friend bought GW2. Had difficulties recovering account. Email receipt with product key disappeared. Now he lost money and has no key." Wasn’t what I first wrote but I deleted some of it to fit the character limit so now the title just seems silly.

Alright I have this friend who bought GW2 during the 15 dollar sale in January. He bought the game and used his email and received the email receipt. However, because his internet usage is limited he postponed creating the account because his email was stated as being ’’used’’. He tried the first Guild Wars but that was years ago and does not remember any info about it.

Recently, his receipts in the email have disappeared but he still has proof of purchase of $15 going to DigitalRiver.Com or something on his paypal. So please help!

The Blood Legion feels just like I am apart of a Lion Pride that ferociously fights each other. You also get to feel like an alpha once you get the chance to dominate the abusive, Blood Legion Leader. The charr hunt and are very territorial, it gives it more of a beast like feel. So to me the charr already feel very animal compared to other races.

Spirituality, religion, and a closeness to nature would actually ruin the charr because it would make them seem too civil. Beasts do not care for religion or the environment. Beasts only care for the hunt, war, and their pride.

I’m a new player who right away was attracted to the female charr for their looks. I love the way the females look like big cats like tigers, leopards, lions, and jaguars. They also look like cute house cats, but I prefer the fearsome big cat look. It also appears they are a mix of hyena too due to their strong necks and hunched over look. So I love the way the female charr looks like a crossbreed between a big cat and a hyena! it looks so powerful.

Also I am a female player so it just adds to the many female players that love the design of the female charr.
