I usually don’t frequent the forums but this time I feel it’s necessary. You are giving away to much information about the new expansion. Where is the mystery? Now we all know the new masteries. So much for that discovery which is what you are hyping so much. Now we have mount week coming up. You going to ruin all the surprises for mounts now too? I wasn’t impressed with the 3 day preview of Crystal Desert. Again too much information.
If you want to push discovery and build excitement, then stop revealing it all. Can’t discover what you already revealed.
I will admit the exposing us to 1 mount did build excitement for me but it was the only thing I really took from the previews. I no longer care about the new elite skills as now I’ve seen them and there is nothing exciting about them any more.
If you are going to reveal all the secrets of the mounts in the coming week, count me out.

I’m afraid I cannot say I enjoyed this event. On blackgate server things were so messed up that now there are a LOT of us with unfinshed phase 1 quests. With the removal of the NPC’s there is no hope of completion. They were bugged for so long that those of us with lives never got to finish the event. For that matter we never got to start!

This was a fine introduction to the game for a free invite weekend. I personally know that 3 people that were interested in the game, and no longer are. They took this to mean the whole game was bugged. Nice first impression.

On to another topic. Have you people at ANet looked at the economy these days? My HARD EARNED money was completely wasted on less than worthless chests! The Black Lion is so messed up there will never be a viable economy in this game and those worthless chests just served to flood the Trading Company with even more crap that nobody will ever buy. If you want us to spend cash make it worth something. I for one will never spend another dollar on this game EVER!

When you advertise special items maybe you should tell people, hey! if you are kitten FREAKING LUCKY, like in the .001% range, you might get something worth more that 10 copper!

Believe it or not, I’m going back to Star Wars. At least there I know not to expect anything.
